With decades of experience in professional sports, including three Stanley Cup Championships, the coaches at xHockey Performance break down the physical requirements of a very technically-demanding game. This summer, for six intense weeks, we have designed a Midget-only hockey workout program for the first time. Geared to the age group where physical gains can (and should!) be maximized, this comprehensive offering addresses mobility & stability foundations and enables the most strength, speed & power improvements for committed players in the off-season.
90-minute workouts run 5:00-6:30 Monday -Thursday from July 8th-August 16th. Two-day ($850) and four-day (1,500) options are available.
